“It has been a blessing to have met Hazel Davies and be introduced to The Unity Bubble. This process has allowed me to cultivate my personal transformation by being acutely aware of my prior programmed belief system, habitual thoughts and patterns. "The Anti-Angst was the most profound experience for me of all the Protocols. It started immediately on receiving the transmission while Hazel was working energetically with me.  I was consciously pulling up any memories about anxiety or angst and asking the memories to come forward to be released. I brought them into my awareness so profoundly that the area between my heart and throat and out to my shoulders became quite uncomfortable.  Lots of very old emotions and tears came up to be released. Although uncomfortable, a necessary and welcome part of the process as the memories were buried deep inside. In the oncoming weeks, further processing brought up challenges I’ve had with a lack mentality.  Always talking myself out of either doing or having something I would like.  The memories seemed to begin with present life challenges and go backwards.  Many realizations of past ways of being were available now to be released. Again, releasing anxiety on many levels.  As all this was happening I became aware I was becoming less stressed. I was more comfortable with my choices.  I could feel the processing and the deeper connection of confidence and self esteem. Another realization was how I had a habit of getting very involved with projects or ideas of others and not allowing my own creative expression to be brought forward. My habit was to put my whole energy into something and somehow lose myself in the process. This was an amazing revelation and so freeing.  No expectation, no attachment.  The overwhelm is gone and I am now stepping into a place that feels right by me. There is a calmness and a trust and an ability to be totally in the present moment.  Trusting that all is good and, wow, phenomenal things are happening. My massage work has also taken on new strengths and direction.  It seemed as if when I let go, something else opened in me!  A piece of myself had space to come forward.
